This is a process whereby an independent person (the mediator) acts as an intermediary to bring the parties together to assist them to reach an agreement or settlement of their family law matter.
Domestic Violence
Domestic Violence is an issue which is treated extremely seriously by the Courts and the Queensland Police Service. We have significant experience in representing parties in relation to both bringing an application for a protection order and responding to and defending an application for a protection order, including police applications.
