Change Arrives

As I prepared for and appeared in my various Family Law cases in Hervey Bay last week, I noticed a distinct change in the air.

The air is cooler, the sun is not as hot at the beginning and end of the day and that awful mugginess we have experienced here in Maryborough and Hervey Bay seems to have disappeared. Clear skies in both Hervey Bay and Maryborough are also now upon us after a number of months of rain. This weather is a nice and welcome change, particularly by those like myself wearing suit & tie attire in the Federal Circuit and Family Court or in other Queensland State Courts like the Magistrates Court.
